Can you call my insurance provider and find out my coverage information!
Yes we can! However due to the privacy act, many insurance companies will not give us authorization to access your coverage information.
I have insurance- do I have to pay for my appointment up front?
It depends on your insurance coverage. Some plans are non-assignable meaning you must pay for your appointment and the insurance will reimburse you.
Some plans cover 100%, in which case you pay nothing at your appointment. Other plans cover as little as 20%, so in this case you would have to pay the difference at the end of your appointment.
If you are worried about up front appointment costs, please call us in advance of your appointment-- this way we can provide you with an estimate of your treatment cost so you know what to expect.
